Password Reset & Security Questions

In order to be able to reset your password in the future (outside of business hours), you must answer and/or update your PIN RESET QUESTION and PIN RESET ANSWER under the “Options” tab.

If this isn’t done and you find that you need to reset your pin, you will have to call Central Bank during regular banking hours at 417-532-2151. So it’s a good idea to answer the PIN RESET QUESTION before you actually need it!

If you have previously answered the PIN RESET QUESTION and then need to reset it, just click on the “Reset Password” link and follow the simple step by step instructions that you will be prompted to answer. Then your new Online Banking PIN will be emailed to you.

But it all starts with first answering your PIN RESET QUESTION under the “Options” tab.
